About the project

A multinational beverage company operating at national scale faced critical challenges in managing its distribution fleet. The legacy telemetry system worked in isolation, without ERP integration, creating information silos and preventing strategic decisions based on consolidated data. IoT data was fragmented, there was no real-time visibility of fleet and cargo, and drivers still recorded deliveries and incidents manually.
